As if any old health freak didn’t already know. A report in the sawbones journal Circulation says five daily tasks reduce risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer. Gee, who woulda thunk it?
Included are eating healthy, daily exercise, lean body, no smoking and boozing moderately. The report claims the daily health routine gives you more than a decade of life compared to couch potato, overweight, nicotine addicted people. That’s 14 more years for fit women and 12.2 for smart old men.
