Carters Celebrate 73rd Wedding Anniversary

Also after WW2 Navy service, I enrolled to earn my BFA in what is now the University of the Arts in Philly for $1,400 annual tuition. This year it is $46,530.

Today, according to the latest figures, the average marriage lasts eight years, while only 7% of the couples reach the 50-year mark. The Carter marriage of over seven decades is enviable, noteworthy and laudable. Incidentally, in June we celebrated our 52nd.
