If you’ll be visiting family many miles away, staying at a busy house, hotel or airbnb with many others, seek relief. Space is limited, beds shared and bathrooms always occupied. It’s only for a couple of nights, but you may feel imprisoned.
What to do about it? Work out! Trot out in the morning for a quick run or visit a local gym. Exercise can be a healthy distraction from all the holiday events, heavy meals and serious boozing.
